Relative strength vs SPY

A relative-strength percentile ranks how the fund has done against the S&P 500 (SPY) lately, compared with its OWN past year. Each day we take the fund’s price divided by SPY’s and ask: where does today’s ratio sit within the last ~250 trading days of that same ratio? 100 means this is about the strongest the fund has been relative to SPY all year; 0 means the weakest; 50 is middle-of-the-pack.
